The new CMS training centre based in Centurion and soon
in Cape Town, invites all dealers to send any new or current
staff for dedicated “classroom style” CMS training, ensuring
better understanding and utilisation of the processes
and systems available at their dealerships.

On site visits

CMS support staff will visit on-site all dealers during the installation period for retraining and troubleshooting hands-on. This will ensure the users be able to address concerns and program issues. As mentioned in the Training methods, individual training once off, is of great importance.

Telephone and electronic support

Telephone and desktop support is available during work hours weekdays, from 7.30 to 17.00 and cell phone support after hour and weekends. .

E-mail logging of support requests and physical site visit call out can be done by filling in the Technical Support Enquiry Form
